Pragmatic

Our education and our approaches are based on well-established theory, but we rarely let that show. We have the fancy models but don’t show them; we translate our work in to simple but solid interventions that seem like “common sense”.  And we always aim to leave our clients with easy-to-use approaches that they can continue to use after we have left.
